# Issue: Smart Polygon Tool Not Working, Bounding Box Disappears & "Incorrect Conversion" Pop-up

**Description:**  
I’m facing multiple issues with the **Smart Polygon** tool in Roboflow:

1. When trying to convert a bounding box into a polygon, the tool **does not refine or expand properly**.
2. The **annotation bounding box disappears** after applying Smart Polygon, making further edits impossible.
3. A pop-up appears saying **“Incorrect Conversion – Please contact customer support”** , suggesting a possible **server-side issue**.

### **Steps to Reproduce:**

1. Open an image in the Roboflow annotation tool.
2. Select **Smart Polygon** to convert a bounding box into a polygon.
3. Click inside the object to refine or outside to expand.
4. The tool does not adjust the polygon correctly.
5. The bounding box disappears after conversion.
6. A pop-up appears with **“Incorrect Conversion – Please contact customer support”**.

### **Expected Behavior:**

- The **Smart Polygon** tool should properly refine the segmentation.
- The bounding box should remain visible for further adjustments.
- The pop-up error should not appear unless there is an actual problem with the dataset.
