# I cant generate new dataset version

i cant generate my new version of datasets the loadings never end as I included in the picture

Hi @after_xad

Could you please provide Roboflow Support access to that workspace?

You can add Roboflow Support to a workspace by going into the Members tab of your workplace settings and enabling the option to add `help@roboflow.com` to the workspace.
