# File uploads are not working

I am trying to upload my dataset and the page just gets stuck at Processing files…Is there an ongoing issue with the website? I tried different browsers, clearing cache, still the same. Can anyone help?

Hi @Adrian_Albu!  
I am sorry you are running into this issue! To help me further troubleshoot, do you mind recreating the issue and providing screenshots with your developer console displayed?

Currently, I am not aware of any widespread issues with the upload UI. If you’re attempting to upload a large dataset, I would recommend using the [Python SDK or CLI](https://docs.roboflow.com/developer/manage-images/upload-an-image) to achieve the best performance possible.
