# Automatic Labeling stuck / Not working / Urgent

I have been using the Auto label feature for this problem and everything went well, however the last batch of 1000 images the auto label got stuck,

It’s been like that for at least 4 hours, I cannot access any of the already labeled images, I am afraid if I cancel or move them back to unassigned it will not give me back my 10 credits already used.

I really need urgent help, I just need those 15 images so I can start training the model and I have a close deadline.
