# Auto-labeling with a custom model in Roboflow completed without errors but failed to generate any annotations on the uploaded images, despite accurate predictions in the preview

I trained an instance segmentation model with about 100 annotated images. I used this model for Auto-Labeling a new set of images. Before starting the auto-label, the preview image shows all the classes being detected accurately by the model. However, after auto-labeling the images, none of the images are being annotated. The email says 0 objects detected across 10 images. I would have assumed that the model is just not performing well yet, however in the preview images, it detects all the classes accurately. Am I doing something wrong?
