# Auto Label with SAM 3 completed with 0 annotations but consumed credits

I encountered an issue with the Auto Label feature using SAM 3. I ran auto-labelling on a batch of **133 images** , and the process completed successfully — however, it returned **0 annotations** across all images, despite the images clearly containing objects to be labelled.
**What I’ve tried:**
- Verified that prompts and confidence thresholds were configured before submitting the job.
- Re-ran the auto-label job a couple of times with the same result.
**Additional context:**
- Credits were consumed despite no annotations being produced.
- The issue persists across retries.
Could you please investigate whether this is a platform-side bug, and advise if the credits consumed can be refunded?
