# Augmented images missing during download

Hello,

I’ve configured several data augmentation steps (see images below) and generated a new dataset version after applying them. However, when I download the dataset, I only receive the original images — none of the augmented ones appear in the downloaded files.

I confirmed that the augmentations were applied when creating the new version, but the export still contains only the original images. Could you please check if there’s an issue with the dataset generation or export process?

This problem has been solved. For reference we created new versions of the dataset adding each time one additional step for the data augmentation. However, its possible that the issue could happen again for some people.

First off, welcome to the Roboflow Forum! I would like to debug this further so additional users do not encounter this issue. To help me triage, do you give Roboflow Support permission to access your workspace?

Additionally, do you mind specifying which project and dataset version you encountered this issue in? Finally, what format did you download the errant dataset in?

Thank you for your reply. I give Roboflow Support permission to access the workspace.

I have a single project related to this account. I encountered this issue in the first and second dataset versions. The format was YOLOv8.
