hello, I am an undergraduate student at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb, and I would like to apply for student credits under the Research and Education plan. However, my email ( **av230244@fsb.hr** ) is not being recognized as a valid university email, even though it is my official student email.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue so I can proceed with my application?
